I have been trying add more natural products to my beauty regimen, so when Michel Todd True Organics approached me to try out their Antiox Serum I jumped at the opportunity. Michael Todd True Organics are,
“Made in USA
Made with organic ingredients
NO added water
NO parabens or triclosan, phthalates or sulfates
NO mineral oil, artificial color or synthetic fragrance
NO animal testing (products tested on our chairman)” (MTTO website).
I recently have discovered using serums with my daily regimen and the Antiox Serum is my favorite. I have been using it for a couple weeks and really notice a difference, my skin is softer, brighter, and I have noticed my wrinkles are lessening. I didn’t have any breakouts, dryness, or redness, which usually happens when I try a new product.
The directions says to use 2-3 drops, but I found that hard to do since it is a pump so I found that about half a pump would equal that amount. Since you use such a small amount it will last you for a while. I also love that is comes in a plastic bottle vs. a glass one. It has a nice citrus smell and doesn’t feel oily.
You apply it all over my face and neck after you cleanse and tone your face but before you moisturize. With other serums I have found that you have to wait about 5-10 minutes for it to absorb before applying your moisturizer, but this one says you can add it to your moisturizer to save time and just wait for the moisturizer to absorb before makeup. It is good for all skin types, especially combination/oily skin which I have. However, it is not recommended for sensitive skin.
Michael Todd True Organics Antiox Serum will absolutely become a staple in my beauty regimen and it is well worth the price, $37.
